New eResource: ArtistWorks-A Libby Extra

Introducing ArtistWorks!

ArtistWorks via Libby provides world-class musical instruction from award-winning music professionals and offers users a guided path of video lessons containing everything they need to reach their musical goals. All levels of players can access hundreds of hours of high-quality video instruction, studio-quality play-along tracks, and downloadable written materials, tablature, and sheet music. Dozens of instruments are supported including:

  • Ukulele
  • Rock Guitar
  • Flute
  • Trumpet
  • Piano
  • Percussion
  • Harmonica
  • Jazz Saxophone
  • Electric Bass
  • Fiddle
    And more!

No secondary account is required, which ensures anonymous use - once you sign in via Libby with your library card number + PIN you are good to go!

After you get access to ArtistWorks through the Libby app or via the web at https://libbyapp.com/library/aclibrary/extras, it will appear on your Shelf. When it expires, you can easily renew your access again through Libby.

How to get started

Download and open the Libby app, look for Extras, and then select ArtistWorks to get your pass. You'll be taken out of Libby to get free access for 30 days.  You can start accessing lessons immediately! You can also access this service through your desktop browser by visiting libbyapp.com.
