How to Get Started
There are two ways to get started:
- In the Library: Visit any library location. You don't even need your Library Card or eCard. Use our computers or connect your own device to Library Wi-Fi.

At Home and On the Move:
- Use your free Library Card or eCard to activate your 3-day All Access Pass through the access link on the resource or FAQ page.
- You'll be prompted to create a free New York Times account (or log in if you already have one).
- When your pass expires, just revisit the same link to renew it. There's no limit on reactivations.

- News and Opinion: Unlimited access to articles, columns, and breaking news online or in the app.
- Cooking: Search by ingredient, filter by dietary needs, and explore editor-curated collections like Our Best Weeknight Recipes and No-Recipe Recipes.
