Often times, we think of our health strictly in terms of physical activity, but did you know there are several types of personal well-being? From financial health to mental wellness, there are many aspects that work together as a whole to create a healthy balance. If you've considered getting a fresh start for 2022, you can come by our Dublin and Union City Libraries to sign up and participate in our Health Challenge program.
How to Participate: Pick up a checklist each month for one aspect of health: financial, mental, physical, spiritual and social. Complete and check off at least 12 activities during the month. Bring the completed checklist to the Information Desk at either the Dublin or Union City Library and fill out a prize ticket entry by the 5th of the following month.
Bonus: Get another prize entry for each additional 3 activities you complete.
Prizes: Every month, there will be 3 physical prizes and a first prize $30 gift card from a local store at each branch. Finish all 5 lists for a grand prize entry for a $50 gift card from a local business. Missed a list? You can complete earlier ones any time from January 1 to May 31 although you won’t qualify for past prizes.
