Why We're Ending Beanstack

We've decided to end our Beanstack subscription because overall usage is very low. While Beanstack was helpful for some readers, we've seen that most people prefer other ways to track their reading or find recommendations.

Saving Your Beanstack Log

After September 30, you won’t be able to access your Beanstack reading log. If you'd like to keep it, Beanstack provides instructions for printing your log. Please follow their steps before the subscription ends if you want a record of your reading.

Ways to Track Your Reading

If you'd like to keep track of your reading, here are some simple options:

  • A Notebook: personal and flexible
  • A Spreadsheet: easy to organize and count
  • A Notes App: always with you on your phone
  • The StoryGraph: a free online tool for logging what you read

Finding Your Next Read

Beanstack also offered reading suggestions. You can find excellent recommendations through:

  • Book Match: Get personalized recommendations from our expert staff.
  • Online Tools: We have a list of options you can us to find your next great read.
  • Ask Us: We can suggest books when you visit us at any library location.
