Makerspace

Children may be able to use Makerspace equipment. Most Makerspace equipment has a minimum age for use without parent/guardian supervision. Please review the information for each item you/your child is interested in using as the minimum age varies between equipment types. Parents/guardians are required to actively supervise their children who are under the age listed. Signed waivers must be on file for the child using the Makerspace equipment, and the parent/guardian who is supervising them. 

Library Staff can help troubleshoot problems or malfunctions with the Makerspace equipment. They cannot spend one-on-one time with you during your reservation. Please keep an eye on our website for classes and tutoring sessions that will help you feel more comfortable with using Makerspace equipment.
