Provides priority service to all veterans for job and training referrals. CalJOBS has customized job search assistance, job fairs and workshops, and assistance with helping you return to work.

Swords to Plowshares

Dedicated to supporting nearly 3,000 homeless, low-income, and at-risk veterans in the Bay Area every year. Offers employment and job training, supportive housing programs, permanent housing placement, counseling and case management, and legal services.

Veteran Readiness and Employment

Services to help with job training, employment accommodations, resume development, and job-seeking skills coaching. VA Dental Insurance Program

VA’s comprehensive VA Dental Insurance Program (VADIP) gives enrolled Veterans and CHAMPVA beneficiaries the opportunity to purchase dental insurance through Delta Dental and MetLife at a reduced cost.

Operation Dignity

A soldier does not leave their wounded on the battlefield. We consider the streets to be our battlefield, and Operation Dignity’s core mission is to leave no veteran behind. Provides shelter and housing to veterans and their families.

National Call Center for Homeless Veterans (VA)

Veterans who are homeless or at risk of homelessness—and their family members, friends, and supporters—can make the call to or chat online with the National Call Center for Homeless Veterans, where trained counselors are ready to talk confidentially 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Bay Area Legal Aid - Veterans Project

Provides free legal assistance to veterans with the following issues: benefits, character of discharge determinations, social security disability, housing, consumer law, domestic violence prevention, and health care access.
