We are unable to provide this benefit for photocopies or to members without a Library Card. The number of free prints available may change at any time due to costs.

Costs may be paid at the print Kiosk by cash or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, or Amex).

Your privacy is something we take very seriously. There are two parts of keeping your print information confidential, the physical access and the digital storage.

For physical access to your print job, only someone who enters your Library Card number and PIN can view information about your printing at the print Kiosk. A digital copy is kept on the print Kiosk in case the printer jams, only until the end of the day or until manually deleted by staff at your request.

For Online Printing, SmartAlec jobs are transmitted over TLS 1.2 network protocols. These jobs are encrypted and stored in a database for seven days to provide time for you to visit and pick them up. If you wish, you can log in and delete your own uploads from the database prior to the automatic deletion.
