Welcome Back to AC Library

AC Library Expands Hours

AC Library has expanded hours to offer our communities more opportunities to enjoy our services! Please bear with us as we grow into our expanded hours schedule.

AC Library continues to require masks and social distancing by staff and visitors inside all our libraries, regardless of vaccination status.

Effective Wednesday, February 16, The State of California and County of Alameda are relaxing indoor mask mandates for those fully vaccinated against COVID-19. However, all businesses have the authority to require masking. At this time, Alameda County facilities (including all AC Library locations) continue to require that masks are worn by staff and visitors to prevent the community spread of COVID-19. Alameda County will continue to monitor coronavirus infection rates and adjust protocols to minimize risk while maintaining services.
