How No Contact Pickup Works in 5 Easy Steps

Step 1: Place your items on hold

You can place items on hold online, opens a new window, by phone, or in-person by filling out a hold request form at the library. Hold request forms will be available on the No Contact Pickup table.

For in-person requests, complete the hold request form, and then call the library. You’ll find the number of the library on outdoor signage. In-person requests will be handled in-between appointments.

Step 2: Wait for an email notification that your holds are available

When your holds are available, you’ll receive an email notification with a link to set up an appointment for pickup.

Step 3: Schedule your appointment

Follow the link in your email notification, or call after 9am on days we offer appointments to schedule a pickup time.

Step 4: Visit the library during your appointment time

Wait until your items are placed on the No Contact Pickup table and we have returned inside the building.

We will check out your items and place them on the No Contact Pickup table with your hold slip attached. The No Contact Pickup table will be clearly marked.

For your safety and ours, wear a face covering and stand at least 6 feet from staff and other library members at all times. We will do the same.

Step 5: Take your items

Enjoy! We'll see you again soon.

During your visit, you may also return items, opens a new window. These will be cleared from your account after first sitting for at least 24 hours.
