Summer Adventurers, we want to hear from you! We have loved seeing all of your creative entries and now we would appreciate hearing your feedback about this summer program. What did you like about it? What can we improve for next year? This short & sweet survey only takes only 5-7 minutes to complete. You are welcome to take the survey individually or as a household, whatever works best for you.
This year’s Summer Adventure survey is available in English, Español, 繁体中文 (Traditional), 简体中文 (Simplified). It can be filled out online or you can find paper copies of the survey at your local AC Library location.
